Booking
Thirty minutes, one process, one straight answer.
Tell us where the manual work is. We will ask how it runs today, say what we would fix first, and be honest about whether we are the right team for it.
Thirty minutes
One process, mapped
A working conversation, not a pitch deck. You leave with a next step whether or not we work together.
- Video call
- No deck
- Worldwide
How it works
A call, not a discovery funnel
Three steps, no forms in between. The goal is that you leave knowing something useful even if you never engage us.
01Pick a time
Choose a slot on the calendar, or send two or three windows by email if you would rather not use a scheduler. Calls are confirmed in your own timezone.
02Thirty minutes, one process
We ask how the work runs today, including the workarounds, then say what we would fix first and roughly what it costs. If we are the wrong fit, we say so on the call.
03Written follow-up
Within one business day you get a short note: the problem as we understood it, the first fix, and an honest range. Nothing is added to a mailing list.
Booking by email
Send two or three windows
A calendar link is available on request. Until then, email two or three times that suit you and we will confirm one within a business day. Include your timezone so there is no guessing.
- 30 minutes, by video call
- Confirmed in your own timezone
- Written follow-up within one business day
The message opens with the details we need already filled in. Replace them and send.
We reply to every request within one business day, including the ones we cannot help with.
Calls run on Google Meet or Zoom, whichever you already use. No download is needed if you join from a browser.
Before the call
What is worth having to hand
None of this is compulsory. It simply makes the thirty minutes sharper.
The process that hurts
Walk us through it as it actually runs, including the workarounds. The messy version is more useful than the tidy one.
Who touches it
Which roles are involved, how many people, and where the handoffs wait. That is usually where the recoverable time is hiding.
The systems in play
CRM, helpdesk, accounting, EHR, marketplace. Names are enough. We will tell you which ones we already integrate with.
What better looks like
A number, a time, or a specific complaint. 'Invoices take two days and we want them same-day' is a good brief.
Questions
Before you book
If something is not answered here, ask it on the call. It is a fair use of the time.
Is the call really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation. We use it to decide whether the work is a fit for both sides, which is worth thirty minutes to us as well.
Who will be on the call?
Someone who would actually do the work, not an account manager reading a script. For larger engagements that is usually the person who would lead delivery.
What if the times do not work for my timezone?
Send two or three windows that suit you and we will confirm one. We work with clients worldwide and regularly take calls outside a standard nine to five.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No slides and no brief. A rough description of the process, who touches it, and the systems involved is enough. If you have numbers, bring them, but they are not required.
Will you sign an NDA first?
Yes, if you need one. Send your document and we will review and sign it before the call. We are also happy to talk in general terms first if that is simpler.
