Contact

Tell us where the manual work is.

One call, no discovery funnel. We will ask how the work runs today, tell you what we would fix first, and be straight with you about whether we are the right team for it.

Direct line

A person reads it, not a queue

No ticket number and no autoresponder. Replies come from the same address you wrote to.

  • 24h reply window
  • No forms
  • Sales and scoping

Fastest route

Book a free 30-minute consultation

Pick a slot that suits you. The call is with someone who would actually do the work, not an account manager reading a script, and not a sales development sequence afterwards.

  • We ask what the process looks like today, not what software you want to buy
  • We tell you the first thing we would fix and roughly what it costs
  • If we are the wrong fit, we say so on the call rather than after an invoice
  • You leave with something useful even if you never engage us

Before the call

Four things worth having to hand

None of this is required. But the call is roughly twice as useful when you have it, because we can talk about the real process instead of the summary of it.

Nothing to prepare? Book anyway. Most first calls start with “we know it is slow, we are not sure why”, that is a perfectly good starting point.

  1. 01

    The process that hurts

Walk us through it as it actually runs, including the workarounds. The messier version is more useful than the tidy one.

  2. 02

    Who touches it

Which roles are involved, how many people, and where the handoffs wait. That is usually where the recoverable time is hiding.

  3. 03

    The systems in play

CRM, helpdesk, accounting, EHR, marketplace, names are enough. We will tell you which ones we already integrate with.

  4. 04

    What better looks like

A number, a time, or a specific complaint. 'Invoices take two days and we want them same-day' is a good brief.

Where we are

Two offices, one delivery team

Headquarters in Montana, delivery and operations in Islamabad. That structure keeps calls inside US business hours while keeping delivery costs sensible.

  • Conrad, Montana

    United States

    Headquarters

    Postal code 59425

  • Islamabad, Punjab

    Pakistan

    Delivery & operations

    Postal code 44022

We work remotely by default. Meetings are online unless a project needs time on site, which we scope separately rather than billing travel by default.

Questions

Answered before you ask

The things people usually want to know before a first call.

How quickly can we start?

Discovery usually starts within one to two weeks of agreeing scope. For small automation work we can often begin sooner. If you have a hard deadline, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable rather than agreeing and missing it.

Do you sign an NDA before the first call?

Yes, if you need one. Send your document and we will review and sign it before the call. We are also happy to talk in general terms first if that is simpler, a 30-minute conversation about a process rarely requires confidential detail.

Is there a minimum project size?

There is no published minimum, but small one-off tasks are usually not a good fit: the setup and handover cost more than the work. Where a task is genuinely small we will often just tell you how to do it yourself rather than quote for it.

Can you work with our existing team or agency?

Yes, and it is common. We regularly build alongside an in-house developer, an incumbent web agency or a bookkeeper. We will say clearly which parts we own so nothing falls between two suppliers.

What do you need from us to send a proposal?

A short description of the outcome you want, the systems involved, and any hard constraints, deadline, budget range, compliance requirements. From that we can usually produce a written scope with a fixed price rather than an open-ended estimate.

Do you work with clients outside the US and UK?

Yes. We are remote-first and work with clients worldwide, from North America and Europe to the Middle East and South Asia. Time-zone overlap is the one practical constraint, so tell us where you are and we will confirm what is realistic before the first call.

Still deciding?

Read the service pages first, every one states the scope and the trade-offs. Then book when it is useful.
