Amazon & Marketplace

We run the operating side of an Amazon business: PPC, listing and A+ content, Storefront design, Brand Registry, account health, catalog hygiene and FBA economics, plus expansion to Walmart and other marketplaces once the catalog is ready.

Amazon & Marketplace overview

Pricing

No price list. A number you can hold us to.

Two people asking for the same service can be a two-week job and a two-quarter job depending on scope, integrations and how much of the process already exists in writing. So instead of publishing a rate card that would be wrong for almost everyone, we price the work.

Fixed price, fixed scope

When the outcome is clear and the unknowns are small.

A defined deliverable, agreed in writing before any work starts, with a written list of what counts as a change and what it costs. The contingency is ours to manage, not yours to discover.

Time and materials, with a cap

When the shape of the work is not yet known.

Exploratory work, migrations, debugging something that has never been documented. You get an estimate, a fortnightly view of what has been spent, and a hard stop before the cap rather than an invoice after it.

Monthly retainer

When the work is continuous rather than a project.

A fixed monthly fee against a defined capacity, used for paid media, monitoring, support or iterative development. Cancelled with notice, and the capacity is spelled out so a quiet month is not quietly absorbed.

What you get after the first conversation is a written range with the assumptions it depends on, so the number can be argued with before anything is signed. If the budget and the scope do not meet, we would rather say so in the first week than in the third month.
