Terms of Service

The terms that apply to your use of this website. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.

Scope

These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern paid work, every engagement is covered by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, intellectual property and liability, signed by both parties. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Using this site

You may read, link to and quote this site for normal business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or present its content as your own.

Information is not advice

The content on this site describes how we work. It is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship. Technical and legal conditions change; verify anything you intend to rely on.

Pricing and availability

No price on this site is an offer. Scope, fees and timelines are agreed in writing per engagement. We may change what we offer, and the descriptions on this site, at any time.

Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this website belong to Nexlane Solutions. Client work is different: on paid engagements, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as set out in the signed agreement, typically on final payment.

Third-party links

We link to external tools and platforms we work with. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Nexlane Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement agreement says otherwise.
