Nexlane Solutions operates this website. Our headquarters are in Conrad, Montana, United States, with delivery operations in Islamabad, Pakistan. For any privacy question, including requests to access or delete your data, email sales@nexlane.online.

We collect two kinds of information, and only these two.

We do not ask for protected health information through this website and we do not want it sent to our general enquiry address. If you are a healthcare client, we handle patient data only through the channels agreed in a signed Business Associate Agreement.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site.

To answer your enquiry, to prepare for a consultation you booked, to improve which pages are useful to visitors, and to meet our own legal and accounting obligations. We do not use your enquiry details to add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Analytics cookies are off until you accept them. If you decline, the site works normally and we do not load the analytics script. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which resets the banner.

Only the service providers needed to run the website and the business: hosting, analytics, email, and the scheduling provider used for consultation bookings. Each is bound by its own data processing terms. We do not share enquiry data with advertisers or data brokers.

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship is active, plus the period required for tax and accounting records. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. If you ask us to delete your enquiry data and we have no legal obligation to keep it, we delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Email sales@nexlane.online and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. We do not make retroactive changes to how previously collected data is handled.
