How do you handle documents nobody trusts?
Sourcing becomes part of the scope. Retrieval prefers documents with an owner and a review date, superseded versions are excluded, and conflicting sources surface both answers with their dates rather than picking one silently.
Will it expose confidential documents to the wrong staff?
It should not, provided retrieval is permission-aware. We mirror your existing access rules at retrieval time rather than trusting the model to withhold content, so a user cannot retrieve what they were never allowed to open.
