LLM Integration

Language model features wired into the software you already run.

Most businesses do not need a new AI product. They need a summarise, classify, extract or draft step inside an existing workflow. We integrate language models into the tools you already use, with provider abstraction so you are not locked to one vendor.

Tools we work in

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic Claude
  • Google Gemini
  • Ollama
  • Vercel AI SDK
  • LangChain
  • Zod

Scope

What this covers

The specific work included when you engage us for this service.

  • Provider abstraction across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and open-weight models
  • Structured output with schema validation rather than free-text parsing
  • Function calling so models can trigger real actions in your systems
  • Prompt versioning, A/B testing and rollback of prompt changes
  • Caching, batching and model routing to control unit cost
  • Streaming responses and graceful degradation when a provider is down

What you receive

  • 01Model features integrated into your existing product or workflow
  • 02A prompt and evaluation registry so changes are measured, not hoped for
  • 03Cost instrumentation showing spend per feature and per customer

Questions

LLM Integration, answered

Which model should we use?

Whichever one passes your evaluation set at the lowest cost. We run the same test cases against several providers, compare accuracy against price and latency, and route accordingly. In most systems the answer is a mix: a small fast model for classification and a larger one for the steps where quality actually matters.

Are we locked in to one provider?

Not the way we build it. Provider calls go through an abstraction layer with a common interface, so switching or adding a provider is a configuration change rather than a rewrite. That also gives you a fallback when one provider has an outage.

Tell us where the manual work is

A 30-minute call. We map the process, tell you what we would automate or build first, and what it costs. No retainer before you agree the scope.
