What accuracy should we expect?
For clean digital invoices, field-level accuracy in the high nineties is achievable. Scanned or handwritten documents need a review queue, we do not claim otherwise. What matters is that uncertain fields are flagged rather than guessed, so an error never posts silently.
What happens when a supplier changes their invoice format?
Nothing, which is the advantage over template-based extraction. We extract by meaning and position rather than fixed coordinates, and validation catches the rare case where a change produces a plausible but wrong value.
