AI Agent Development
Agents that use your tools, with hard limits on what they may do.
We build AI agents that reason over a task, call the tools they need, and stop when a human should decide. The engineering effort goes into guardrails, evaluation and cost ceilings, because that is what makes an agent safe to leave running.
Tools we work in
- LangGraph
- LangChain
- OpenAI
- Anthropic Claude
- n8n
- Postgres
- Redis
- Temporal

Scope
What this covers
The specific work included when you engage us for this service.
- Tool-using agents with a hard allow-list of permitted actions
- Human-in-the-loop approval gates before irreversible steps
- Persistent memory in Postgres or Redis across sessions
- Multi-agent orchestration where one agent supervises others
- Spend caps, rate limits and loop detection to control cost
- Structured action logs recording every tool call and its reasoning
What you receive
- 01A working agent deployed in your environment with credentials in your accounts
- 02An evaluation set built from your real past cases, run before every change
- 03A permissions document stating exactly what the agent may and may not do
Questions
AI Agent Development, answered
What is the difference between an agent and a workflow?
A workflow follows steps you defined in advance. An agent decides which steps to take based on what it finds. That flexibility is worth paying for when the task varies a lot, triaging an inbound request, researching an account, and it is a waste of money and risk when the steps are already known.
How do you keep agent costs predictable?
Three levers: a cheaper model for routine routing with an expensive one reserved for hard steps, hard ceilings on tokens and tool calls per run, and caching for repeated queries. We instrument spend per run from day one so the cost curve is visible before it becomes a surprise.
