Cross-platform or fully native?
Cross-platform for most business applications: one codebase, substantially less work, and quality that users rarely notice in the common cases. Fully native when the app leans on performance, heavy background processing or platform features that wrappers expose poorly, or when the phone experience is the product itself rather than a companion to something else.
Who handles app store review?
We prepare the submission, privacy declarations, screenshots and release notes, and we handle rejections until the app is approved. The review decision belongs to Apple and Google and nobody can guarantee an outcome, but rejections are usually specific and fixable, and the common causes are avoidable with preparation.
